EAD - Eligibility ...

Hi all,
My company is processing my Green Card. I have received a receipt of
I-485 for me and wife. I am filing for EAD for my wife. She is also on H1B.
But I am stuck at one important option on the I-765 for Eligibilty? It is point#16 on the form. Could any of help me in deciding this option? Is it (c)(9)?
Also on the same form it is asking for Alien# or I-94#? Which
I should give, because my wife has I94 attached to passport
when we came from India, one more with her H1B? Which number should
I use ? Any clues ?

ANSWER: (c)(9) is for 485 applicants which is what u fall under. u might want to download the pamplet which comes with the EAD application for more details

ANSWER: Generally both the numbers for your wife should be the same - check that. otherwise i would use the latest i-94 number. Alien number would be valid if u had EAD before ie., applied under a student etc.
