Hi all,
My company is processing my Green Card. I have received a receipt of
I-485 for me and wife. I am filing for EAD for my wife. She is also on H1B.
But I am stuck at one important option on the I-765 for Eligibilty? It is point#16 on the form. Could any of help me in deciding this option?
Is it (c)(9)?
Also in BOX-10, it is asking for Alien# or I-94#? Which one I should
use ? My Wife has muliple I-94#s ? Should I go with the latest one
which came alongwith her H1B Approval ?
