I am on h1b in US and have already filed my I-485. I just got married and my wife joined me on h4. I am filling I-765 for my wife for employment authorization. I don't know what would be her eligibility categories in question 16 on form I-765. Can anybody help me in picking up the right category. Examples are (a)(3), (a)(8), (c)(17)(iii), etc.
