EAD documents complete list

Hello forum

in 20 days from now I will be applying for EA

I am going to do it without lawyer. He will charge me extra money for it. It looks simple so I don't want to pay for nothing

Well, Here is complete document list from my point of view

1. I-765 ((c)(8))
2. Biometric appointment receipt copy
3. Passport copy with photo
4. I-94 copy
5. 2 passport photos

And it must be mailed to dallas office (my jurisdiction happens to be covered by Dallas)
Also What is A number? Is it RED color number found on visa? starts with letter and then 8 digit number?

Am I missing anything?
One question spouse sends independent EA request or I as principal applicant must file I-765 for her?

I also sent
copy of passport page that contain your Visa
if you have the asylum application receipt letter, also sent the copy,
(I never received that receipt letter though, so I only sent the biometric appointment letter)

A number is the number that start with "A" letter on the either biometric appointment letter
or the asylum application receipt.

your wife need to submit complete application with all the same document like your document (only hers).
I submit in separate envelope, some people submit in same envelope.

Hi! Also, from my experience: sign form I765 with small signiture. In my case they requested me for additional evidence and it was my signiture, but smaller, cause the one I signed was too large to place on EAD card. This made me delay an extra 1 month with my card. So try to sign it with small signiture.
