EAD Dilemma

I got married to USC this September. My employment based I-485 is in the process and current EAD will expire June 05. I want to apply for family based GC but not sure how to go about it. Where do I start? Can I keep same EAD because I work at the same employer or do I have to apply for a new one? Is it ok to have two ongoing I-485 cases at the same time?
