HELP GURUS

My application for EAD renewal(online for 3rd extension) has been denied.
I had applied for EAD renewal in Nov of 2005 . Received RFE for biometrics . Completed biometrics in Jan '06. Sent all papers in Feb '06.
Received Denial stating that my biometrics were not done. No appeal on this decision.

Please advise at the earliest.How do I get this case reopened
 
Yiou could always call them to re-open the case and ask for why it was denied, I had also applied for 3rd EAD and the online message keeps changed twice, don't know the answer for this one, yours should not be more complicated please post ur PD, RD for I-485?
