EAD Denial after Biometrics

I have never heard of this but was just curious to know if any people have been denied the right to work (EAD's), who are AOS through marriage?

If denied after having been called for biometrics, what was the reason given for the denial?

Like my Venenzualan (PreatorianIX sp??) pal said, we got too much time on our hands, so we are going to invent questions. Silly ones for that matter.

Guys, I hate to sound like a nagging adult here, but let's keep this thread open for legit questions and help those who really need it? If you apply for EAD while waiting for your marriage-based AOS, the government will allow you to work pending their decision on your case. But I'm sure you already knew that. EAD does not required background check, so the only thing I see that could cause denial would probably be if you don't show up for your biometrics and don't submit the application fee. Any "silly" questions you can come up with, you might just want to PM each other.

UmpLoop, I generally agree but think hypothetical questions are still better than the daily new threads on "I married a USC, can I get a green card now?" or the more subtle, "which answer do I choose on I-485 for the reason for my application"!

Pardom me, but according to the US Constitution... and my country's... we have freedom of speech. We are sometimes so "bored" that we ask "silly" questions.

It is amusing and makes the 4-8 months of the process less tedious. A place where you come to people who are going through the same thing and find support, encouragement, advice, among other things.

If you do not like a thread, you can always ignore it. My two cents

I learn something new every day! By the way, are you looking forward to the Copa America?

Not really... our "dear" president... has it all rigged.

It will take place in Venezuelan new stadiums... but very few Venezuelan fans will get too see it, as 80% of the tickets were given by the government to government officials and their "friends". 15 % of them were reserved for international visitors / diplomats, etc. and the other 5% is to be sold...

That means the chances for any venezuelan soccer fan without ties to the government to watch a game... are 0-5 out of 100. :p

By hypothetical, I think you mean irrelevant? This forum is a community of people who come to seek help, advice, and support from each other. What these guys are doing is to fill it with junk, and that's why I speak up. If you and your friends are THAT bored, what's wrong with PM each other and keep your horsing around your private business? We all should be so grateful there's a site such as this to help us along in a very difficult and confusing immigration process. Let's be respectful of that and start acting like adults that we are. What ignorance new comers might appear to be displaying is nothing compared to what is going on here simply because you should already know better. Don't abuse the site.

I believe every question is genuine. I really dont have time to waste posting stuff up if i hadn't thought about it, or if i didnt need some education. WHat I am guilty of is downgrading the value of my questions, by adding statements like "silly questions", "too much time on my hands" etc.

Point taken UmpoooLoooooooop.
