ead date feb 12 not approved--any ideas

on what should be the plan of action? do we call and if then what number ....please put ur ideas here
 
I'm in the same boat. My 3rd EAD N/D 2/13/04. That's why I feel funny when I see the new processing date for EAD (c9) is 2/18/04. I think we can call the 1-800 number to query our cases, but actually doubt seriously that they would do that before 30 days window ends. Although there is no harm to call. I'm going to do the same thing.
 
Hi Tombaan, I thought you must've been kidding, right? You don't know that famous National Customer Service Center? Its number is (800) 375-5283.

Wait, Tombaan. Go to check your case again. I just checked online, it said one of our two cases was approved. Don't know what happened with the other one. But I swear I checked one hour ago it was not approved yet.

my wifes is approved too it was approved on 8th april . any ideas how many days before you reveive the card:rolleyes: it will be her 3 ead ......
 
EAD ND 1/20/04

still wating. No sign of approval yet. I think I going to Congressman office to ask for help today.
 
I e-filed it. I thought e-filed should be faster but it's not. I should have known BCIS is still running 19th centry technology. BCIS just simply can't be trusted.
 
i was in the same dilemma

but with bcis i am afraid to try anything new....and decided to go the old route
 
Hi tombaan,
I just want to let you know that we got one EAD approved on 4/9/04 and another one got the RFE. We received the card for the approved one last night. Still need to wait for the RFE.
 
Approved!!!

After asking Congressman office to push it through, My EAD was approved yesterday.

Question:
My current EAD will expire on April 16. By the time, I won't be able to receive new card yet. Can I continue working? Do I still need iEAD?
