EAD case status is 'Card Under Production' but not received any call for Biometrics ...

Applied for my EAD - i765 on July 9th and on Aug 16th the status changed to ' Card under production' . But I did not get any call/mail/appointment for biometrics from USCIS.

Is this normal ?
- Can EAD be issued without Biometrics?
- or can USCIS collect my biometrics from any other source
- or do they have a right to waive the need for Biometrics ?

can someone help me clarify this....

Imp: I sent my EAD application to the Lockbox address and not an e-file.
Is there a possibility that since I had sent my photographs along with the application, I was not called for Biometrics ?

EAD card production

Hi,

I applied for EAD card and it was received on Oct 15th. I checked the status and it said that a document was sent on Oct 31st but I haven't received it. I didn't receive the receipt also, it didn't reach my address so it was sent to my school.
This stage of Card/Document Production is for like 11 days and didn't change.
What do you'll suggest to do next?
