My EAD has my Date of Birth wrong. Can I still use it?? Will
it create problems. I don\'t intend to use it to get another job. It
will be to switch from H1B to EAD with the same employer, since my H1B
is expiring. My employer won\'t care about the wrong DOB.
My attorney says, it shouldn\'t matter. She has informed INS via a letter though.
Any thoughts??
