I asked him status . It was approved on nov but still 3-4 weeks to get the card.
my first EAD is expiring on Dec 16 so I asked him if he can fax me the approval notice, but instead he told me he can talk to my HR people and tell them I can continue working. And so I called our HR manager and he explained it to them that it is just a paper work delay.
About 485, I asked him if it is in review area? his answer was their are 4 stages and my file has completed two and it will be atleast 30 days before any decision is made? anybody here knows what he is saying?
