My Renewal EAD (WAC-03-111-xxxxx) approved on June 18th and i received the Approval Notice on June 27th by mail.In that approval notice, they mentioned that Card will be mailed separately.In the online status, it says that "On July 14th, Card was returned by post office".I got shocked and couldn't understand why post office returned.I didn't change the apartment.
I called the customer service number and spoke to the officer.I explained her that i didn't change the address..BCIS might have forgotten to print my Apt. #.She took my address and all the details and said i will receive the card within 30 days.
My wife AP also approved on may 28th but i didn't receive the AP.I informed her and she took note of it and said i will receive within 30 days.
I asked about my 485 status.She told that 485 processing time is 20 months now.i am in the 18th month so i have 2 months to go.
I came to know that officer can't see the address in their screen.She said she doesn't have access to my address.
