I received my EAD card yesterday. does this mean INS is working on something? however the AVM message is not changed. I'm not excited about this since I've been hoping 485 approval will be earlier.
I've been here quite a long time and visited several times a day to check any news although I'm mostly silent (there is really nothing to say ever since the FP was done). I'm in PCee's list October mailer. 485 still pending with "resumed" message. the ND of my EAD is around 6/17/02, and approved on 9/4/02. card sent on 9/11/02. the reason I didn't apply EAD with 485 is I once thought I have enough time before H1 first 3 year expire. but then after a long waiting, I decided to apply EAD just in case 485 is not getting any result in this year.
I always got the approval from letter or from lawyer, hopefully there is the approval letter on the way to everybody who's been waiting in pain for so long.
