EAD card re-requested by INS. Anyone in this situation?

I received my EAD card with wrong spelling in my name. My company sent documents relating to name misspelled in Receipt Notices.

Now my company asked me saying, the INS requested to send back the EAD card. I believe it should be for name change.

Did anyone encounter this problem before?. How long did it take to re-send the new EAD card?.
