EAD card not received for myself, received for spouse.

Hi, AVM says got approved on 11/17. sent on 11/27 for both. Received the EAD for the spouse on 12/1.

If I don\'t receive it what should I do?
 
Same situation

In my case, the AVM approval message has changed to additional info reqired. I am still waiting for the detailed letter from INS that was sent on the 26th.
