Hi Guys,
I have applied for EAD/AP on Mar 23rd 2004.EAD got approved on Apr 29th and AP got Approved on June 6th.
Unfortunatley i didn't recieved the EAD card till now.But i did received my AP document through mail.So i am not able to guess what went wrong.It definetly got lost in the mail.Called INS and given a complaint but nothing have been worked out
My lawyer says she is having the approved notices for EAD which INS sent to her and that is equal to the EAD card.
Is it true ?
What is my options now to receive the card.
Can i visit the local INS office and ask for a EAD card with the approved EAD notice.
Gurus please pass on your valid comments and suggestions.
