Hi,

I have applied for my wife's EAD along with my concurrent application. Its been 2 months, no FP or no word about EAD yet.

Is there a rule that after 90days of EAD submission, we can go to local Immigration office and get a temporary EAD card?.

yeah you can get interim ead after 90 days of receipt date.

Yes you can get EAD in the local office (according to my lawyer) if 90 days passed.

Yes, you can get a temporary EAD card after 90 days... I got mine and my wife's recently.
