EAD card lost in mail - help needed

Hi,

My OPT application was approved and mailed at my home address on August 10th. However I did not receive and nor did the USCIS received it back. Now the USCIS is telling me to refile it again.

Can't they send another copy of the EAD card ? Is there any solution other than reapplying.

Check with your local post office. They ought to know why it never reached you nor was sent back to USCIS. If you are now living in a new location, the PO may not be delivering your mail. You need to talk to them and also perhaps place your name inside your mailbox.

Parallely, just apply for another ead anyway....If you are lucky, the old one will surface somewhere...maybe in your post office.
