EAD CARD from VSC

I applied for and EAD last year, finally got approved last january. the problem is I dont have my EAD card yet -- for a very lame reason: address undeliverable. My DSO used her office PO Box as my address and we got all the notices they've sent us. EXCEPt for the card itself.

I checked its status online and they say I need to speak to an immigration rep during regular office hours, but their line is always busy. So we wrote a letter last month giving them my home address and my DSO's address but we havent heard from them.

Need advice, for I really need to work.

Use a good phone

I have talked to BCIS customer service rep a numberof times on phone in Vermont Service centre. It take about 20 minutes to get the connection, using a fast speed redial.

The key is to constantly try for 30 mins without any breaks, am sure you will finally get connected.
