Initially I thought my EAD card was not delivered but apparently I lost it and tried to file for a new one but before paying the fees I have found the card. I have reached out to the USCIS in regard of not receiving the card but I had to wait for their response and have been told to wait 60 days to take action or asking for the tracking number as it was not provided.
My question is: when does the initial 60 days unemployment starts and ends? Physically owning the card or dates on the cards.
The card was valid from 9/9/2025 but I found the card on 1/4/2026
