EAD card (Does it really help??)

EAD card oes it really help if you are on H1 and
RD is less than 6 month. You should be able to work
with H-1 for same employer if I485 RD is less than 6 month.

Let say RD is less than 4 month, is there are any extra
advantages of having EAD card?

Any input is helpful

The only advantage with EAD I see is that you can have another job without worrying about H1 etc.,
