EAD Card at local office before 90 days

As I understand after 90 days you can get EAD card at the local office.

I have applied for EAD card on 10th May (through my husband). I have a job to start from 1st July. For whatever reason, if I don't get my EAD card before 1st July, Can I go to local office to get EAD card ?

Is there any emergency reasons where they can give EAD card before 90 days ?

I have applied at Nebraska Service Center.
