My application for Employment Authorization has the RD of Dec 10 2001 and ND of Dec 10 2001. Same for the AP(Advanced Parole) also. I received my advanced parole in End of January 2002.
1) I haven\'t received my EAD card yet. when I called my lawyer and checked that I was told that it should not take more than 90 days. Could anybody fill me with any reasons?
2) I was also told by my lawyer that I can go the Dallas District office and get the EAD card. Did anybody do like this? How this will go?
