EAD & Business - pls. help

Hi Gurus,

My wife had H1B,
She got SSN based on her H1B(prior to getting the EAD)
Now my wife and I got EAD through my sponsorship.Now 180 days passed.

If she starts a company ABConsulting, LLC based on her SSN no. which was through H1B(CPA or IRS never asks about H1B or EAD status of the business owner during the company startup).

Can I work for that company ABC using my EAD as
1. an independent contractor
2. an employee...

3. Will I face any problem, if USCIS asks for any letter...

4. From USCIS perspective is there a link between company ABC and me?
Will USCIS know that company ABC's business owner(my wife) is the wife of Primary applicant(me) of 485.

Please advise.
