Dear Readers,
My L2 visa is in the extension process last 3 months and have recently received the receipt of application. My EAD expires in exactly a month and I know that the renewal is not going to go through in that time period. I already have a job and am wondering if I can continue in that job on the basis of the receipt of application of the EAD renewal. The receipt is not a proof of approval, but not a proof of denial either. If I cannot work, can I continue as a volunteer in that same job and then accept payment after my EAD gets renewed? Absolutely any help will be highly appreciated.
