EAD before 90 days

can any one able to get EAD through local ins office before 90 days or you have to wait for EAD approval from ins

If you ask questions like this --> "Can anyone able ...... ", say to do a shit.. jeez, I think the INS officer will reject your GC even before considering it. I am telling you.

anyway, the answer is that one can get an interim EAD from a local office after they get an EAD application RECEIPT notice from INS.
