EAD at the Local INS office (Arlington VA)

Any one applied for a first time EAD at tha Local INS office in the Washington DC area (Arlington VA)?
I already applied for my I485. My H1-B is valid for an other year, so I need to go for my own EAD!

You help much appriciated.
