EAD at Nebraska

Hi,
I applied for EAD renewal at NSC on 07 Jan. My spouse got approval on 18Mar. No change on mine. I am worried as the current one expires 12Apr.
Anyone in similar situation? Any idea what could be happening?

Did you send both applications on the same envelope?
Who is the principal applicant?

My attorney applied on our behalf.
I am not sure if they are both sent in the same envelope. Does that make a difference?
If the numbers are any indication, they are probably not sent in the same envelope **393 (Mine) and **459(my wife)

Similar sitaution

ND for EAD2/AP2 for both of us is 2/14/2005. Only my EAD was approved yesterday. I am the primary applicant.
 
vk2001 -- Local USCIS office will provide a temperory EAD without any problems if you dont get the EAD in 90 days. So in your case, I guess you can just go after April 8th to get your Temperory EAD, which is few days before your current expiry one.

Hi Guys,

I am new to this group, today my I140 & I485 application was filed at Nebraska concurrently on EB2 , along with the application for EAD and AP for myself and my wife. Based on the LUD, the EAD processing time is Jan 24,2005. Can I expect I and my wife would get EAD by end of May 2005 ?. Is my expecation is reasonable.

Usually AP and EAD take on average 60 to 90 days.

My EAD/AP were approved yesterday. They were filed on Feb19th, 2005 with a receipt date of Feb23rd.
