Has anybody applied for EAD renewal at local INS?
I've heard that some people got it renewed thru local INS, though the instructions says, you should apply it at the same office where your 485 is pending.
Will my 485 processing be affected if my EAD is renewed thru local INS? My local INS website says, if I am a resident of the state I acn apply for EAD at that office.
My 485 is pending with NSC (RD 10/19/2001) and my first EAD was issued from NSC as well.
