EAD at Cleveland Office

Dear Friends,

Last year I took EAD From Clevland office. It was walkin where you go in the morning and they give you the EAD same day. Has any one done that recently.

I have heard they have stopped taking walking application for EAD. Is that true??

No more Walk-in, one has to mail in the application form. and after 50-60 days they will send you a appointment letter.

Shusterman states 90+ days, but i recd the letter within 60 days.

not sure if one can continue working when the application for EAD is pending. :-) better safe than sorry,
 
Could you post the new valid dates for renewal EAD.

Is the new one valid from the day the earlier one expired or the renewal EAd starts from the day they issue it.

EAD expiring Please help

My EAD expires with in a month and I heard that in Cleveland it takes 90 days. If I file it ASAP, and since it is pending can I work even after expiration?
Please suggest some ideas...
