EAD at Chicago local INS office

Did anybody get EAD on the spot at local INS office? (Chicago)
(I got 485 receipt just a week ago)

I didn\'t apply for EAD in my 485 filing. So have to apply now.

Also I don\'t know if I should send EAD application to local Chicago INS office or NSC?

Please advise!!!
