EAD at Boston

Hi,

I like to apply for EAD at Boston INS.My questions?

1)How many days it will take for Boston INS to issue the EAD?If it is more than one week I will be out of status (expecting a possible lay off -I am >180 days , but the company didn\'t apply the EAD so far and didn\'t give the receipt.
2)Anybody know the address and phone number of the Boston,INS.
3)What are the documents to be showed over there.
4)Will they ask for the Employment letter?
5)Shall we have to take the INS specified photo?
6)IS Advance Parole aslso to be applied with EAD?
7)How much is the fees for EAD and ADP?Will they accept cheque/credit card?
I appreciate if some body can give the above information.

http://www.ins.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-765.htm, u mus get all the information about form, fees. You can get to address of Boston office by clicking on District offices link.
You get EAD on the same day,
you pay $100 by money orders or draft, personal checks/ cash/Creditcard is NOT accepted.
You don\'t have to take your picture with you, they will take a picture of u.
You don\'t have to apply for Advanced Parole unless u want to use ur EAD(assuming u have a valid H1 Visa stamped in ur passport) and travel using advance parole.
Documents you need is I-485 receipt copy, I-140 copy(I just showed it may be not needed), identification, passport or driver\'s license.
It is in JFK Federal bldng(GOvt. Center) in Boston.
