EAD approved

I got the receipt yesterday for my EAD application at TSC. I check the status today and found out my case had been approved. It only took about 10 days!

I am upset because I lost 5 months!

Same thing happened to me one month ago. They approved my EAD in 3 days.

Paper. TSC received on 7/18, sent receipt on 7/20, and approved on 7/30

What did you guys write in question line 15 on the paper for "Current Immigration Status"?

I am on EAD now. Is it "adjustment applicant"?

you may put it as Adjustment Of Status. If you are working on EAD and I-485 filed then you will be in Adjustment Status.

haha 6 months and waiting for my EAD approval,
used snail mail last march, received and responed to rfe in july, now waiting ....and waiting.....and waiting for a response, started to get annoyed at the beginning of this month and called for inquiry, and the waiting game continues :/

oh one more thing, i did go to the local office to apply for iEAD but couldn't because rfe reset the 90 day rule.

Thanks! That is what I thought too. I put next to it also the SRC #. I guess it can't hurt though it will also be attached.

Looks like TSC is random, erratic and inconsistent in EAD processing too. When I applied for EAD extension in May for my current EAD expiring in September, it was approved within a week and the effective date was post dated in that the start date was a day after(09/11/03) my current EAD expiration date(9/10/03).
