My EAD is Approved on 10th February 2003.

Mailing Date: December 3rd 2002
Receipt Date: December 4th 2002
Notice Date : January 14th 2003
I-140 Approved Date : January 28th 2003
Finger Prints Notification Date: February 27th 2003
EAD Approved Date : February 10th 2003

Waiting for my wifes Travel Document approval. After that i think i need to wait for atleast 1 + years for my final approval.

I applied for an EAD extension in January, and today the updated the web site with an RFE. I don't know what the RFE is at this point, does anyone know what it could be? I mean, what do they normally require as evidence for extending an EAD?

might be for the photographs or else some missing doc's

I did send them two photographs, but they were the same that I sent them over a year ago. Could it be that the photos were old?

AP is Approved

Hi Friends,

In my previous post my wife's travel document is not approved. But today i saw the updated online message that its approved on 11th February. So Everything is done except 485 approvals. Roughly how much time guys do you think it will take to get 485 approved (RD: 12/04/2002). Right now as per Official Vermont Center they are processing 10/15/2001.
