MY renewal EAD got approved today.
Details
RD 23/AUG/02
ND 26/AUG/02
RFE no photos 16/SEP/02 because my stupid lawyer didn't submit my photos.
My original EAD expired on 10/21/02 and get terminated from the company and getting rehired tommorow.It was a big mess I had gone through past few weeks.Went to local INS two times in past two weeks and they refused to issue Interim EAD becouse of the 90 days clause.So my suggestion guys do ur EAD on ur own and make sure u send all the required info like
1. two photos
2.copy of EAD card both sides
3.Copy of I-94 both sides
4.Copy of I-485 if possible
5.Copy of previous EAD application(I-797)
6.Copy of drivers license
It is best you apply for ur self and make sure you apply before 90 days or even 100 days so that u can avoid trouble and night mares.If people are worried that they cannot do it themsleves them I would advise them to go to www.INSEXPERTS.com it is one of the best websites to fill INS forms and their service is 100% worth.All you have to do is pay a small fee about 50-100 dollars depending on the case and they ask numerous questions and at last they fill the application and you are ready to print and mail it.It is one of the best service I had seen and it is 100 times better than getting help from dumb ass ***yers

I guess IIO had helped me as I spoke to her on Friday and explained her my situation that I am not able to work and even my drivers license has expired and not able to renew it as my EAD has expired.She said that she will send a message to the officer who is sitting on the case.And surprisinly this morning my EAD got approved. I am very thankful to the IIO for helping me out.

I have almost similar situation like you. My EAD RD is August 16, RFE issued on sept 20 (for pictures), RFE received by INS on Oct 5, not yet approved. I applied EAD renewal before 100 days. EAD will expire on Nov 29.

I don't know what to do? My I-485 transferred to local INS, Arlington on Oct 7.

Do you think will they transfer EAD to local INS? In that case, will I be able to get interim EAD from local INS?

Your input will be highly appreciated.
 
Call IIO

You should talk to IIO to find out where ur case is.I doubt that they would have transfered ur EAD process to local INS.But call IIO and get more info.You should be ok as still you have 5 weeks

I checked online/AVM regularly, it shows the same message.. we received your RFE response...

If they transferred to Arlington, it should be seen in online. However, I'll try to talk to an IIO.
