My AP was approved during the first week of November. But, I never received it and I have not been able to contact an IIO at CSC so far. My lawyer\'s legal asst said that they will try to reach them. I am not sure if they tried yet or not. Any idea what time is the best time to reach an IIO, and not get that *wretched* busy tone? ;-)

as per venkataramu

call at 8:30AM and keep punching your WAC. u will be able to talk to an IIO at 9:00 AM. it has worked for a few people in this chat.
