EAD Approved !

Folks, I need some questions answered, both my wife and I received our EAD card in the mail today. Here are my details:

       Category: EB3
       Country: Other
       SC: Vermont
       I485 RD: Sep, 8th 2000
       I485 ND: Oct, 6th 2000
       EAC: 01-004-XXXXX

Approximately how long will it take to get the 485 after this ?
Can I change employer now that I have this card (my H1B expires Nov. 2001 but I can renew) ?

balls wait...........in order to change the job after filing 485 YOU MUST COMPLETE 180 days with same employer ( It dose not say 180 working days but I suggest to be on the safer side wait till you complete 180 working days with your current employer.
