I have an interesting situation that might help others.
My wife filed for adjustment in 2002, we got married after she adjusted status and I adjusted status as derivative 3 mos after wedding date.
As you all know, CSC is taking more than 6 mos to approve EAD on EB3 cases, however, my EAD got approved together with my wife even though I filed >3 months later than her.
TIP: During my adjustment application, I sent a letter to INS requesting that my application be adjudicated together with that of my wife... sometimes they do, sometimes they don't
We also both got iEAD 90 days after RD.
So just hang in there.
