EAD approved with misprint DOB

My wife has a approved EAD with misprint DOB, we have applied for correction and the correction is done, but they are still reviewing the case.

Can she use the approved EAD with the wrong DOB or she has to wait for the corrected EAD with DOB?

Could you share the info about how you apply for the correction? - My wife's EAD had her first/last name reversed and we'd like to correct it.

If the EAD application is under process, call up INS immediately and select correction option and tell them about the Typo, they will rectify it without charging you.

In case if the case is approved and you received the Card, call them and tell them about the mistake in the card, If you havent made a mistake while filing they will not charge you $ 180, else you have to pay $ 180.
