EAD Approved & RFE Received by USCIS

Folks,
My 3rd EAD renewal was approved on 4/22/4 - RD 02/02/04
Wife's EAD got approved on 4/23/4 - same RD
APs not approved yet
I-485 RFE generated on 04/12/04(EVL,Tax,pay stubs) - same employer thru out
RFE response received by USCIS 04/23/04
Registered on USCIS portfolio today
I-485 Update date is 4/28/4
I-485 RD -03/05/02
At this point just waiting eagerly..........
 
just to make your hopes higher!!! Your 3 EAD is the key. I have seen many times and it's my theory if you apply for 3 EAD via regular mail then it somehow triggers your case. If you are within the processing dates then you will get the approval.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT MY APPROVAL>

Someone on rupnet by the RD of Jan-02 had 3 EAD approved day before yesterday and yesterday he got the approval.

tufan I think u r right about the 3rd EAD approval!!! I did submit my EAD renewal application via normal mail thru lawyer. My guess is that the name check is done. Otherwise our EADs would not have been approved.
Hopefully we will hear something soon.....

My 3rd EAD was approved way back in Dec... did't received any 485 approval.

Now, My wife's 3rd EAD got approved on 26th... Lets see if this triggers approval !!!
 
I applied for 2nd ead on 01/08/2004 ONLINE. And I am still awaiting my approval....... You are lucky that u got it approved in 3 months.

My EAD got approved yesterday. I did my second FP on March 27 (scheduled April 12). My last updated date is keeping change every 2-3 days.
