Just checked the online status, noticed this status change:

On April 9, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

My husband got approved more than a week ago, already received his card, already received his AP and I am still waiting approval from NSC, and our ND was the same: 02/23.

At least knowing that they processed someone from 02/24 makes me a little happier. Too bad it's weekend now and I need to wait for monday.
