ead approved message

Hi all,

I saw ead approval message in BCIS status site.
My company atternoy filed all my I 140/I485/EAD/AP(EB3) on 11/26/03.

I have following questions. could any body give the information for that questions please. Thanks in advance.

a) we applied ext for H1 and H4 in last December. I do not want use my ead. But my wife should use her card for get the SSN and driving licence. once she used what about her H4 status and is there any effect to H1 status.

b) Is there any chance to get the query and deny to I 140 case. And also chance to faster the I 140 case.

c) what are the next step i have to do to my ead card and my wife's ead card once we reaced thouse.

There is no relationship between I140 query and EAD because i got the 2nd EAD also but they issued a query on I140. Mostly query will be company ability to pay. If your company is doing good it wouldn't be problem.
