my ead rfe.. finally approved.
Details:
rd: oct 3
ND: Nov. 3
rfe for photos: nov. 4
rfe recd. : nov. 7
rfe mailed: nov. 8th.
INS recd: nov. 18th ???
EAD expired: nov. 29th.
went off payroll: dec. 1
ead approval: dec. 6th. Joined immediately
Lessons learned:
1. Send ead renewal well in advance (Atleast 3 months before expiry)
2. Do it yourself. (Stupid lawyer send the rfe response by regular mail that took a week to reach ins.)
3. Be upfront with your company HR. (they were great support during my ordeal)
Now on to GC approval....
