EAD approved; EAD RFE for spouse

On 5/15, CSC approved my EAD but sent a RFE for my spouse.
Any idea for RFE generation other than marriage certitificate?
(WAC 03-05 series.)

EAD ND - 11/26/02
EAD RD - 12/06/02

485 ND - 11/19/02

If it's for your wife only, then it can only be a marriage certitificate.
Those morons used to send this RFE even if marriage certitificate is present.
