Hi,

Hi My EAD is approved but I do not have Advanced Parole.

I have a valid H1

Can I travel?

Yes you can! When enter the US you should have a valid H1 Visa stamped in your passport.
Cheers!

You can travel with your H1 as long as the H1 stamp on your passport is not expired. if it is expired then you have to go to consulate before you can enter back in US. EAD is an authorization to work without H1 and has nothing to do with your travel.

Hi,

ThankYou for your responses.

I have another hitch.

I transferred H1 last year to a different company and the OLD H1 visa stamp expires in 2006.

Do I have to to get my new H1 approval be stamped before I leave the country or can I travel with my old H1 which is stamped in Mexico and has a expiry date of 2006.

I really appreciate your help

In theory yes,
You can travel on the OLD H-1 Stamp , just make sure you carry the new Approved I-797 (Approval Notice).
Personally I have never don that.
I ahev always travelled with a current stamp in the passport.

Yes, you can travel on the old H1 Visa, as long as the same has not been revoked by your old employer. In that case you need to get the current H1 stamped.
Cheers!

Yes, you can travel using OLD H1 VISA. I did it myself. Make sure you show your current approved I-797 to the immigration officer at the port of entry
