EAD Approved but not recieved Card

Please post details of EAD Approved but not recieved in Mail. Also let me know if anyone has gone through this and what are the options available.

My 3rd EAD Got approved on June 22nd and still waiting for card.

Still I have not recieved card approved on June 22nd.

I went through the same nightmare last year.

When I called Vermont Service center they said I had to refile EAD and can't work without having physical card.

Luckily they next day my online message updated that my card was returned to USCIS by post office (I can't beleive this as I get all other mails without any issues). I called again and they resent it withing 4 days.

I would say first call USCIS.
 
Thanks. Finally i recieved the card today. My wife just checked the mail box. I don't understand it was mailed on June 22nd and i recieved it today.
I guess it would be better if they take $15 more and send it by Fedex or Priority mail.
