Please help me. I got my EAD approved on May6th 2003. I filed my GC and EAD thru CSC and since filing I changed my address. Accordingly I updated my address in INS. They changed my address in I-485, but somehow forgot on I-765. I again called them and they instantly changed my address in I-765 too. Now it has been 4 months and I never received my approval notice.
They successfully changed in my wife's I-485 and I-765. Wife got the approval at the changed address, but not mine.
Is there any chance of getting the card without my approval. OR can I apply fresh for EAD. Please help, when I asked an officer at CSC, he told me to file I-824(for dup approval notice) which is lagging behind an year. Please advice.
