EAD approved but I485 app sent back. Can I use it ?

Hello, my wife recently filed her I485 ( + EAD and AP) along with my I485 application. INS rejected her I485 because of some missing signature. We, nor our lawyer have still received the rejected application, sent out on 21st Nov. I have received my I485 receipt though.

My wife this week received her approved EAD card in mail.

Can she use it ? Any suggestions, potential red flags I need to know about ?
