ead was denied on june 7th due to i 140 revokation and also becoz of noid being undelivered .
see the signature for all that happened on i 485 for that.inspite of repeated calls and letters nothing.
3 weeks back called up the senator and they did a grt job of following up.nsc told the senator that i need to send "motion to ropen".i did the same day via speed post.
2 weeks went by still nothing.the senator followed up again ,and they said they have not recd any thing however i had the signed delivery confirmation from usps and i faxed that to senator on tuesday last week.
she faxed all the documents to nsc the same day.
luds on 8/10, 8/12, status change on 14,"this case has been reopened blah blah....,8/15 status change " we ordered ur new card ,case has been approved".
lost one month of pay and also job .sitting in the house from 14th july.
thank god this is over.
will start working as soon as i get the card.the company will rehire me.
