EAD Approval

3rd EAD Approved on Feb 17/04. RD/ND Jan 6/04. This case was done by regular mail, NOT e-filing! I hate e-filing as you need to then go for fingerprints. Regular filing is much better for EAD.

Note that this application was submitted in mid-December, but it took more than 2 weeks for them to cash the check and send out a receipt notice.

We e-filed on Jan 19th (a holiday), got RDs of 20th Jan, went for EAD FPing on 21st Jan.
Our current EADs will expire in early may.
Suprisingly i have been charged only once on my credit card...:confused:

Did you check the status of AP? Is it still pending?
 
MY AP is still pending. It used to say that RFE was received by them on Jan 28, now it says RFE received by them on Feb 3rd. Nothing has changed re. AP or I-485.
 
EAD renew

could you please give us a list what we should prepare to renew the EAD during 485 is pending.
